Speakers Profile:

Kay Brookes - EMEA Leader, Sales Productivity at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Highly motivated professional with over 25 years’ experience with a primary focus on sales, field sales operations, reward & sales compensation, the majority at senior management level. Have the skill set needed to develop, maintain & strengthen collaborative relationships across the company, working as both an individual contributor & as a leader. The proven track record on leading, developing & managing a team of professional data analysts by delegating responsibility & giving them latitude to make decisions in their own sphere of work.

Dinika Mahtani - General Manager, JUMP at Uber. She climbed the ladder through hard work and dedication. Have worked in 4 countries, across 2 industries - and now work in 'cutting edge, disruptive' technology. Her story is one of ups and downs, of successes and failures, but mostly one of ambition and determination.

The event will be Moderated by Sherry Coutu, CBE, executive chair and founder of Founder4Schools as well as a successful serial entrepreneur and board member of organisations including Raspberry Pi and the London Stock Exchange.
