Careers for a Sustainable Futures

In celebration of this year’s National Careers Week, F4S brings you Careers for a Sustainable Future, a virtual opportunity for students to discover career pathways that lead to a sustainable future.

Meet leaders in the field of sustainability who will share insights on how to create a positive impact on people and the planet. From getting the right work experience to cultivating sustainable practices in different industries, students will learn what it takes to take charge of their future and beyond.

Teachers can join the sessions to gain insight into green and clean careers and to better understand the skills that companies are looking for to help you prepare your students for the world of work. All educators are welcome to join, particularly subject teachers in Maths, Sciences, Geography, Citizenship & Career Leaders.

Parents are welcome to observe the sessions. Speakers to be announced soon.

On June 5th, we’re joining the worldwide call for awareness and action towards the protection of our environment, as we celebrate World Environment Day!

Founders4Schools is hosting a virtual careers event where students will gain insight into careers which help nurture the environment.

Meet business professionals who have made it their life’s mission to provide solutions to some of the world’s most pressing environmental problems. They will shed light on the skills needed to build a career in the sustainability sector and how their values and practices positively impact the environment for generations to come.

Are you looking to secure some work experience for your students in a sector that makes a difference to our planet? F4S brings you ‘Sustainable Futures: Virtual Work Experience Day’- a free work insight opportunity for students aged 14 - 18 across the UK.

This is the time to offer young people the opportunity to discover more about jobs in the green economy & understand the skills required to enter the industry so they can use what they learn to make decisions about their future career pathways.
