Event description

Women Engineers in Climate Change with STEM Ambassadors and F4S.

In celebration of International Women in Engineering, teachers and students will meet Inspirational women who have impressive careers in engineering and learn how they work to protect and support the environment

"In this session, business volunteers will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:

• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now

• What inspired them to choose their career path

• Their failures, as well as successes

• What their company does and why this is important

• What they enjoy most about their career

• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now."
