Teacher Support

Making career education simple

The world has changed, education delivery is changing - we offer a digital solution to make curriculums and careers education come alive. With our help, teachers can effortlessly support their school in meeting the statutory Gatsby benchmarks of Good Career Guidance and provide relatable role models to their students. The free F4S platform enables educators to invite volunteers from the world of work into their classroom, either in person or virtually, in just 5 minutes so they can:

  • Save time with an easy way to invite role models into your classroom by choosing from over 6,000 willing volunteers
  • Bring your lessons alive with real-world input from businesses
  • Choose from government-endorsed, research-backed encounter types

"For these students to be able to listen to someone that is at the top of their field and that normally they would never come across is amazing."

- Michele, Fulham Cross Academy Trust

We regularly host webinars for educators to get tips on how to make the most out of their events with topics such as:

  • Choosing the right encounter type
  • How to moderate an effective webinar
  • Writing engaging event descriptions

Teacher CPD - Mapper: Navigating Digital Career Tools

In June 2020, we launched Mapper - a free online course to support educators in guiding their students' transition into work, understand the careers they'll be entering, and give them the best chance of success.

The job market has changed beyond all recognition over the last decade. On this course, educators learn how to better support their students as they make their way into the workplace by helping them make more informed choices about their future.

Teachers can explore a range of digital career tools available to help save students' time and make their transition into work easier, from work experience opportunities to employer engagement.
