Global Sustainability Awards: Application deadline this week

You have until Thursday 30th September to submit your school's application to the Global Sustainability Awards. It's a simple 5 minutes questionnaire that will give your school the opportunity to showcase the projects you have been working on that align with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and there are several different award categories open for you to apply to:

Award Categories

The awards seek to recognise schools that embody the UN's SDGs and look to inspire their students with the ethos behind the goals. All schools are eligible to apply to the following award categories:

  • SDG Superhero: Overall winner on all parameters related to sustainability
  • ESD Champion: Leader in Education for Sustainable Development
  • Eco-Friendly School: Front-runner in sustainable practices
  • Socially Responsible Schools: Exemplary Community Work
  • Innovation for Sustainability: Unique idea for Sustainability
  • Best Sustainable Idea: Original Ideas about Making This World A Better Place
