These sessions can be attended as a one off or as a series of events and are designed for students and educators, and we also welcome any parents who wish to join the student sessions.

For this event we bring together industry professionals from a range of sectors to share insights with students about what it takes to have a fulfilling and successful career in these industries.

Who is the event for?

The events are designed for secondary school students across the UK and educators including support staff, SMT, subject teachers and Career Leads. Parents may join should they wish to accompany their children.

Why is this event important?

F4S will share positive, authentic and motivational stories about careers that take an active role in sustainability and showcase the range of careers pathways that students can take towards this. The interest in sustainable careers is increasing, with new and exciting jobs being created to tackle this urgent issue. These sessions are opportunities for students to learn from role models, help to understand what businesses are doing to promote sustainability and why it's important we act now, and to allow young people to understand the diverse range of careers pathways open to them.

These events will provide essential support for young people in considering and pursuing their career choices and inspire them to take better informed decisions about their future.

How does it work?

Educators and students are invited to attend the sessions in the programme above. Booking will take place on Eventbrite here. Educators and students will then log in to the webinar on the date and time of the event (either remotely or in class). Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel for those not able to attend in person.
