We work with schools, colleges and employers to help every young person find their best next step.

We work with secondary schools and colleges in England and have extended our reach over time. The vast majority of schools and colleges are now voluntarily working with us through accessing training for Careers Leaders, being members of Careers Hubs, partnering with business volunteers and using our Compass/Compass+ digital tools.

Together Founders4Schools and The Careers & Enterprise Company have facilitated 350 student-employer encounters, with educators having brought business leaders into contact with 0 students so they are better prepared for the world of work.
