Children participate in a Careers Fair Day to explore professions and gain insights into the world of work. They take on advanced roles, organising and leading events and leading people by identifying strengths and assigning roles. This unit develops their ability to sell themselves effectively and make the most of their skills, and helps them understand employer responsibility to the community and environment. Engaging with professionals, children reflect on their aspirations, manage time and resources for their future plans, and set meaningful personal and career goals.

Careers Fair - Year 6
