"In this session, business volunteers will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future. Speakers will tell a story about their career journey: Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now What inspired them to choose their career path Their failures, as well as successes What their company does and why this is important What they enjoy most about their career Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now."
The session will be spilt into 2 halves; each with x30 pupils aged 13-14 yrs old. Pupils will be making their GCSE option choices soon after so the sessions are designed to help them wit these choices.
