We are delighted to invite you to participate in the King Edward VI Northfield School Careers Fair on Thursday 23 October, from 8.45am to 12.40pm. This event plays a key role in helping our students explore post-16 options, from further education and apprenticeships to career pathways and training opportunities. With a careers scavenger hunt and a student booklet to complete, the fair will be both engaging and educational for our learners. At King Edward VI Northfield School, we are proud to serve a community where 48% of our students are eligible for Pupil Premium and key wards are within the top quintile for deprivation nationally. Despite these challenges, we are a highly aspirational school where our students continue to strive for success. In 2024, 59% achieved a grade 4+ in Maths, 70% in English, and 55% in Science. Your participation would make a meaningful impact in raising aspirations and motivation among our students, helping us promote our school vision that “background should never be a barrier to success.” If you are able to support our students by hosting a stand at the event, please reply to Sarah Miles at s.miles@nsg.kevibham.org to confirm your attendance and reserve your space. We very much hope you can join us and be a part of shaping our students' futures.
