Event description

Inspire our special education needs (SEN) students at Cornerstone School to pursue careers in science during british science week.

Cornerstone School is an SEN sister school of Trinity C of E school, educating children with Autism. During this british science week we would like to hold a talk for the students to pursue careers in science maths and engineering. This would be a routes and pathways event to inform and inspire young people considering the vast array of potential careers available to them in STEM during British Science Week. This may include showcasing current job opportunities within your local community or explaining the pathways that young people can take to obtain a job within a particular sector i.e. university, college, apprenticeship, or other employability schemes. If possible this talk would be held directly at Cornerstone school, but as this is a newly founded school it did not come up on the school list available.
