The event was created by Dion Van Overdijk for 50 students at Banbury and Bicester College (Banbury Campus) aged Age 16 - 16.
Event description
Inspire our students to set their minds for a career in Computing and or Engineering.
Bringing sectors and jobs to life and inspire young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering real insight regarding daily duties of a specific job or talking about a day in the life in a particular sector. Can include showing and explaining the specific skills required in a given industry to give valuable insight into young people considering a career option.
BTEC students have a set of practical skills they need to provide evidence of to succeed on their course but are there any skills that employers are looking for that are equally important?
