The Chessington School Careers Speed Networking event

We are holding a speed networking event for our Year 9 and 10 students.
Following on from the successful careers event at the school last year, I am writing to ask if you would be able to participate once again in our careers

We are planning a careers speed networking event for our Year 9 &10 students on Tuesday 16th July between 9.00 and 12.30.

The plan would be to organise the morning as a speed networking event for We would like students to move around the room in small groups and speak to you as employers about your work in 5 minute intervals.
You would then speak to a new, small group of students every 5 minutes.

The structure of the day would be

8.45-9.00 Arrival of guests and set up

9.30 - 10.40 Year 9 groups

10.40 - 11.00 Break time

11.00 - 12.10 Year 10 groups

12.15-12.20 Finish
The aim of the event is to ensure that our young people have the opportunity to talk to a wide range of people from different work backgrounds and gain inspiration about future plans.
