Event description

Year 10 Mock Interview Day

The purpose of this event is to give our Year 10 students a ten-minute interview for a “job” they have applied for in advance.
The interviews will take place at the main school site.

Arrival time for the event is between 8.30 and 8.45am.
Interviews will commence at 9am and run through to 3.10pm. The plan will be to conduct 4 interviews per hour, each lasting 10 minutes. There will be a 5-minute break between each interview to write some brief feedback on the student's interview technique. Volunteers will be given a booklet for each student with their CV on the front, a series of questions to ask and then a page for feedback.
The day will run alongside the usual school day with morning break and lunchtime built in. Hot drinks/pastries and lunch will be supplied.
Although this is an all-day event, we would be grateful for any time that could be given.
