Skills 360- a reverse interviewing event where young people with SEND ask you the questions
Skills 360
The Kent and Medway Careers Hub are excited to let you know about an exciting project we are delivering this academic year to support young people with SEND and promote greater inclusive practises by employers in the county.
The Skills 360 project is a chance for business volunteers to take part in events to develop their and their company’s knowledge of diversity and inclusion and promote greater confidence of young people in their interviewing skills and knowledge of sectors available.
The Skills 360 event puts young people in the interviewer’s seat, with business volunteers answering their questions in a speed interviewing set up.
We have four events taking part in Kent across the year.
