Event description

Oasis Academy Hadley Career Day-Speakers session
full day event for Y11,Y12 and Y13 students aim to widen their career's horizon

"In this session, business volunteers will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.
Speakers will "tell a story"about their career journey:

-Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now

-What inspired them to choose their career path

-Their failures, as well as successes

-What their company does and why this is important

-What they enjoy most about their career

-Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now."

Each year group will be divided into smaller group and engage with different speakers session.
