Event description

Inspire our students - Year 7 introduction to Employers

Bringing sectors and jobs to life and inspire young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering real insight regarding daily duties of a specific job or talking about a day in the life in a particular sector. Can include showing and explaining the specific skills required in a given industry to give valuable insight into young people considering a career option.

You will have 15 to 20 minutes with four classes to describe your career pathway, your business, what employability skills you consider to be most important and how these are linked and transferable from education.

We are looking to motivate and inspire the students.
We would like to repeat the event on Thursday 5th October, needing 3 employers. If you can give us your time on either or both days we would be very grateful.
