The event was created by Dion Van Overdijk for 25 students at Banbury and Bicester College (Banbury Campus) aged Age 16 - 16.

Event description

Inspire our students by informing them on what skills and attributes to develop.

Bringing sectors and jobs to life and inspire young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering real insight regarding daily duties of a specific job or talking about a day in the life in a particular sector. Can include showing and explaining the specific skills required in a given industry to give valuable insight into young people considering a career option.

Young people find it hard to know what they want to do as a career, but even when they have some idea they do not know what skills and attributes to develop in order to be able to become a valid team member for the industry.
