Event description
Preparing students to thrive in a green economy
This session is part of a 2-day Sustainable Futures workshop for 20 students to explore sustainability and careers. They will have looked at the basics of sustainability and climate change, learned a bit about the role businesses play in transitioning to a green economy, and thought about their own values and skills linked to sustainability. Hearing from a guest speaker with a sustainability focus is important to bring the course content to life. We would like students to develop awareness of sustainability for their future careers and understand what different career pathways could look like.
