The event was created by Julia Fallowfield for 90 students at The Leeds Parkway Mercure Hotel aged Age 13 - 14.
Event description
Young Enterprise Y & H Regional Finals Airline Master class
Students will have undertaken the above YE programme in their school across the region in teams of 10 and each school will have a winning team that then is entering into this Y & H regional final.
The AL MC programme gives them a budget to set up their own airline.
The whole day programme enables them to select routes, design uniforms, plan which planes, seating, catering, airport facilities and all financial aspects of running an airline.etc
Overall outcomes are the development of employability skills and preparing them for their future careers.
