Event description
Year 10 Mock Interviews Experience (Day 2)
The event is to provide Year 10 students (14-15 years old) the opportunity to engage with experienced role models of the working world, taking part in a 1:1 mock interview (5 mins + a couple minutes feedback).
The aim is to support students' development of communication skills, boost their confidence and give them an insight into the interview process, inspiring them to think about their future plans and how they can best prepare themselves to enter the labour market.
Volunteer interviewers are not expected to prepare anything in advance, questions will be provided on the day. Students will be answering general interview questions that may come up at a college or job interview. This will be Day 2 of the event,
