Event description

Inspire our Yr 9 students in Hackney. They want to know about YOU!

Bringing sectors and jobs to life and inspire young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering real insight regarding daily duties of a specific job or talking about a day in the life in a particular sector. Can include showing and explaining the specific skills required in a given industry to give valuable insight into young people considering a career option.

The morning will be run as 4 lessons with you giving the same talk 4 times - you can elect to speaker for 40 mins or share a slot with another speaker and have 20/25 minutes each.

Our year 9s will want to know first and foremost about you - what is your job? why are you doing it? How did you get into this and what they should be doing if they're interested in doing what you do. A little about your industry would also be interesting to them.
