About the teacher and students

The event was created by Laura Langley for 500 students at Warlingham School aged Age 14 - 18.

Event description

Futures First Careers Fair. The second one of it's kind for our mixed comprehensive secondary. Bigger and better than the first.

In this event, we would like people to be representatives for their company/industry. We would like engaging and interactive stands where you show off your company/job. Students will be visiting in year group blocks of year 10, 11, 12 and 13. students will range in age from 14-18 and will be encouraged to approach you and engage in conversation about possible career paths and other elements of the job. I am contacting some people again that attended in the event in June last year and I would love it if you would be able to return for this event again. It will be open to students from 9am so there will be an earlier start to set up. I would love to give our students the experience of meeting a whole host of different employers and having meaningful conversations.
