Event description

Inspire our students, support them to think about their future and all the wonderful possibilities

Beacon High School are holding Meet the Professionals morning for year 10’s on the 14th of March 2023.

We want them to meet different professionals and learn about the routes they took to get into the role they are currently in. The year 10’s will be doing work experience in June so this will be a great opportunity for students to learn about different jobs and routes they can take to get into a career. Only a handful of students actually know what they want to do with many still unsure about career or education routes so explaining about transferable skills will be very beneficial. Please have a short presentation ready and send this to the career leader Bill before the day of the event.

Each presenter will have a member of our teaching staff with them in their room at all times.
