About the teacher and students

The event was created by Faye Evans for 200 students at The Laureate Academy aged Age 15 - 16.

Event description

Inspire our Year 10 and 11 students with their future career choices at Laureate Academies first career fair since COVID!

Good morning,

My name is Faye Evans and I am the education enrichment and career coordinator at Laureate Academy in Hemel Hempstead. I am putting together a careers fair on March 8th 2023 and would love your university to be a part of this.
The careers fair will help to inspire our year 10 and 11 students to think more about the career they may wish to pursue when they leave us at either 16 or 18 years of age.
We would require you to be on site for around 2.5/3 hours and speak with our students about your university and the subjects they can pursue. The timings of the day would be from 8.15am - 11.30am with time to set up before the event and pack away after. There will also be tea, coffee and biscuits available.
We are currently looking for around 40 companies/universities to make this a success and we would want it to become a yearly event for our students here at Laureate Academy.

If you are interested, then please let me know - we would love to have you and your company on board!

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Faye Evans
