The event was created by Chezan Buchanan for 200 students at Harris Academy aged Age 13 - 14.

Event description

Year 9 Careers Bazaar

The event will take the form of a Careers MarketPlace as part of our fulfilment of the Gatsby Framework which governs careers provisions in schools.

Business Leaders will be set up in our hall- feel free to bring literature/ banners etc to showcase your business.

Students will be encouraged to ask questions and interview/quiz you on.

Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now to your profession

What inspired you to choose your career path

Your failures, as well as successes

What your company does and why this is important

What you enjoy most about your career
Skills currently relevant in the jobs you are are doing now.
