Coombe Careers Fair - 1st March 2023
We would like to invite a range of speakers in order to promote a wide range of careers to approximately 500 Year 9-11 students
We want our young people to hear from local and national employers from a range of industries about what it’s like to work in the sector. what skills, qualifications and experience are needed and how you succeeded in getting your position.
Pupils will have the opportunity to informally approach you, talk to you personally and ask questions. There are no expectations of any job opportunities being offered by attendees, but this is a great way for pupils to experience a wide range of businesses in their local community and for businesses to begin to shape their talent pipeline.
This event will be held in the school hall, and you will be provided with a table and chair. Please bring along and pop-up u banners corporate material or anything that illustrates your job or sector. Pupils will attend in small groups.
The event will take place from 6pm - 8pm at Coombe Boys School.
