Event description

Inspire our students

Inspire our students

We want our young people to hear from people who work in a range of industries about what it’s like to work in the sector. what skills, qualifications and experience are needed and how you succeeded in getting your position.

Pupils will have the opportunity to informally approach you, talk to you personally and ask questions. There are no expectations of any job opportunities being offered by attendees, but this is a great way for pupils to experience a wide range of businesses in their local community and for businesses to begin to shape their talent pipeline.

This event will be held in the school hall, and you will be provided with a table and chair. Please bring along pop-up banners, corporate material or anything that illustrates your job or sector. Pupils will attend in small groups.

This is the 3rd year the event has run and each year has been more successful than the last. I am keen to keep building and bring in new and interesting exhibitors to inform our pupils and their families of the ever changing work landscape. This is the first post-covid event and I am keen to make it a success.
