Event description

Speed networking at girls' enrichment event

This is a girls' mathematics / STEM event, being held at Xaverian College, Manchester.
There will be two speed networking sessions with approx. 32 girls in each. Each session will last around 50 mins, and lunch will be provided for all ambassadors.
The girls will speak to the ambassadors in small groups and ask about their career, pathway and general experiences.
Please mention if and where you use maths in your job!
We aim to encourage the girls to study maths qualifications beyond GCSE and to consider following STEM pathways. Don't worry if your own background isn't very "mathsy" - we will also be promoting the more general and functional level 3 pathway "Core Maths".
