The event was created by Jonathan Howard for 75 students at Cardinal Pole Catholic School aged Age 13 - 14.

Event description

Inspire our students with a talk to our Year 9 students. This will be roughly 40 minutes within either time slots.

Around a 40 minute talk between 9:00-10:30 or 11:00- 12:30 - please let us know which suits.

"In this session, business volunteers will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will talk about their career journey:

Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
What inspired them to choose their career path
Their failures, as well as successes
What their company does and why this is important
What they enjoy most about their career
Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now."
