Event description

STEM to save the planet
An online career insight event with Maths4Girls and Ark Curriculum Plus

Big Idea being studied in school: Earth Systems Interact
Linking jobs in maths, STEM, and the curriculum.

Pupils will be learning about the resources provided by the Earth and the impact of
humans.
This would be particularly interesting for all students that are passionate about climate
change, looking at what careers this can cover, and how they can get involved. If you
work in conservation, sustainable development or any environmentally-friendly
business and use maths and science in your role, then we’d love to hear about your
career journey and for you to share your insights.
