About the teacher and students

The event was created by Tara Bell for 250 students at Dunraven School aged Age 11 - 14.

Event description

Inspire our students in Years 7-9, giving a an employability talk with other speakers, helping young people to understand the skills needed to boost their employability. 3 hour sessions to speak with other speakers to each year group.

These events help students learn a range of attributes to boost employability, develop the personal skills, qualities and attitudes needs to success post-education and prepare them for the world of work. In addition to this, students can gain an in-depth understanding of why integral skills such as resilience, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and independence are important within the workplace.

Speakers will be speaking to each year group over an hour's session, along with other speakers.
