Bilston's World @ Work Wednesday - Sector Awareness

Bilston's World @ Work Wednesday (1)
In the inaugural Bilston World @ Work Wednesday, business leaders and professionals from technological backgrounds are invited to share career information with a group of 2nd Level (Upper Primary) Learners from Bilston Primary School, Midlothian.

Speakers will tell a story about their career journey:
Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now,
What inspired them to choose their career path,
Their failures, as well as successes,
What their company does and why this is important,
What they enjoy most about their career,
Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.

The event will be hosted through Zoom and will last approximately 1 hour, with time shared between business leaders during the afternoon of Wednesday 1st of June.
