Event description

Sunderland Digital Careers Event

I hope you are well. I'm getting in touch about an upcoming event that you may be interested in. We (Sunderland Software City) are holding a careers event on Friday 20th May in collaboration with and hosted at Sunderland College, Bede Campus (SR3 4AH) in their new Digital Innovation Centre (the event request will say it is at Sunderland Software City however it won't be hosted here). The set up for this event would only let me put 1 hour, however it will be from 9am until 4.30pm. The event will be attended by secondary schools in Sunderland, as well as students from Sunderland College. The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the variety of exciting opportunities and job roles in the Digital Industry and raise aspirations and engagement with young people. It will be a great opportunity to connect with new talent, inspire young people and potentially showcase any exciting or innovating things that you may be working on.
We would love people from different businesses to come into the college and have a little 'stall' where students will have the opportunity to come and speak to you, and you can perhaps give away advice/leaflets etc.
If you are interested in attending, or have any further questions, then please get in contact:
jessica.sawyers@sunderlandsoftwarecity.com

Many thanks,
Jess
