Event description

Inspire the Future Workforce

Dear Volunteer

We would like you to bring sectors and jobs to life by inspiring young people to consider their career options and raise aspirations through offering a real insight into daily duties of a specific job or talking about a day in the life in a particular sector.

You can include videos of projects, explain specific skills required in a given industry to give valuable insight to young people who are considering different career options.

This is part of a work experience week where we want students to hear from employers, informing them what opportunities are available to them in different industries, and what those industries are. We also want them to hear what employers expect from young people starting out, getting their first job or apprenticeship.

This is an in-person event and we have two dates available:
Monday 27th June & Friday 1st July.
Times are also flexible and to be agreed direct with you.

If you are interested in supporting our event, contact me direct at: cfrater@jarrowschool.com

Many Thanks
