About the teacher and students

The event was created by Suzanne Lewis-Dale for 50 students at St Joseph's Catholic Academy aged Age 12 - 13.

Event description

Inspire our students-Business ambassadors will move around the classes to answer questions about their job roles.

"In this session, business volunteers will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.
You will visit 2 or 3 class rooms during the hour to talk to the students about your career journey, job roles, day to day, qualifications and routes into your job. Students will ask questions with the help of their tutor.

Some question may be about-

Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
What inspired them to choose their career path
Their failures, as well as successes
What their company does and why this is important
What they enjoy most about their career
Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now."
