Resilience & Problem Solving

This session is open to Business School students who want to learn more about essential skills to take into the workplace. This session focuses on the importance of resilience and problem-solving skills.

This sessions is about enabling young people to make their own decisions and to take responsibility for thier own lives and communities. These events help students learn a range of attributes to boost employability, develop the personal skills, qualities and attitudes needs to success post-education and prepare them for the world of work. In addition to this, students can gain an in-depth understanding of why integral skills such as resilience, conflict resolution, interpersoanl skills and independence are important within the workplace.
