Event description

Maths - An important life skill (Maths Week 2021)
***This event can be held in school or on MSTeams***

To celebrate Scottish Maths Week, the Maths department at Broughton High School would like to engage with industry partners to talk about their career journey to date and how they use maths within their day to day work. We have invited a range of partners from across the finance and business start up sectors to support this event.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions currently in place in school, this session can either be be face-to-face in class groups or it can take place on MSTeams. The session will last approximately 40 mins which gives us time for speakers to talk and a Q&A from students.

If you cannot make this time but would like to help inspire our young people, we also have sessions on
27 Sep: 1125-1215
27 Sep: 1350-1440
28 Sep: 1215 -1305

Please message us or community@founders4schools.org.uk if you want to do another session.
