The event was created by Gillian Campbell for 150 students at Knightswood Secondary School aged Age 16 - 17.

Event description

S6 Mock Interview Event - Come along to support develop the crucial employability skill of mastering interview techniques!

The aim of this event is:

• To prepare S6 pupils for upcoming interviews over the school year (college, MA, employment, university)
• To ensure all pupils have had a chance to understand the interview process
• Increase positive destinations from school due to increased interview confidence/performance

We have a large S6 cohort of approximately 150 pupils and the event will take place in person over the full school day 8.45 - 3.30.

If you cannot attend during the timings of this session , please let us know your availability within the times below and we can send you an invitation for a time that suits you.:

Session 1 08.45 - 10.15
Session 2 10.30 - 1.05
Session 3 1.30 - 3.30

Each interviewer will host a mock interview station and, if attending for the full day, will interview up to 16 pupils over the course of the day. Interview questions will be provided by the school.

The interviewer will conduct a ten-minute mock interview and then a 10-minute feedback session with the pupil and issue a completed feedback sheet (all materials provided).
