The event was created by Hannah Kaminskas for 150 students at The King's CofE (VA) School aged Age 11 - 12.
Event description
Inspire our students about the world of work and what it can offer!
This will be a virtual event where Year 7 students will be based within their form classrooms. During this day Year 7 will be participating in a careers day where we would like them to be:
• Inspired about the world of work and what it can offer.
• Introduced to key employability terminology, focusing on the skills and qualities needed for employment.
• Motivated to think about what interests them and how they can use these interests in future careers.
We would also like you to inform students about your organisation, what you do, your role and career pathway including what you did after leaving school / college.
