Event description

World of Work Week for year 11 students

I was wondering if you might be available to support a world of work week I am planning for our year 11 students?  It will be week commencing 7th June.

My plan is to build awareness of opportunities and different careers available and what the work place is like to students as well as having workshops to help them develop their employability skills.

In terms of building their awareness of different career sectors I was hoping you might be able to do a virtual talk covering your sector and filling in the students on:

Your workplace - what it is like, who works there etc. Maybe a virtual tour?
Your job - what it is like, what you do on daily basis, what you like and don't like
Your education and career journey - education and jobs

We can then host a Q&A session and then I was hoping you could set them a task of some sort to do.  I am very happy to help come up with something and if it is difficult we can set them a quiz.
