The event was created by Hifas Faiz for 50 students at Bromley High School aged Age 14 - 16.

Event description

Inspire girls to study maths at A level and pursue careers in maths and STEM industries. Aimed at girls in year 10, 11 and 12.

In this 1 hour session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.

Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey (up to 10mins):
• How maths played a part and how maths is relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.

Q&As will follow to end the session.
