Event description

Apprenticeships in the spotlight with London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

F4S presents ‘Apprenticeships in the Spotlight,’ part of our Future4Students career
inspiration webinar series and in partnership with Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
This online event will put the spotlight on the apprenticeship community; sharing
insights into how apprenticeships work as well as raising awareness around access to
and benefits of apprenticeships.

F4S with the support of our speakers, will share positive and motivational stories about
apprenticeships and the skills required for the world of work. We understand that many
students may have had limited exposure to careers education due to the pandemic,
causing feelings of distress and uncertainty. With this in mind, we want to create
opportunities where students can learn from role models, helping to combat common
myths and misconceptions and to allow young people to understand the many routes
available to them to help build towards their future.

The events are designed for Key Stage 4 students and over (aged 14+), along with
educators including support staff, SMT, subject teachers and Career Leads. Parents are
welcome to observe.
