The event was created by Alison Rowan Mcewan for 18 students at Dixons Fazakerley Academy aged Age 11 - 18.

Event description

Languages in the World of Work: How I use Languages in the World of Work (Session 4: 12:00 - 12:30)

Part of a day-long virtual event open to schools across the country to celebrate and explore the importance of language learning in the World of Work today.

Session 4: 12:00 - 12:30 How I use Languages in the World of Work

This session invites successful role models from STEM industries and/or roles to discuss how they have used foreign language skills in their everyday working life to encourage students to study languages.

The session will use MS Teams.

This is an open event for schools. Audience: 11-18 years - Teachers/Parents are welcome to observe.
