Event description

Languages in the World of Work: Being Citizens in a Global Village (Session 1) 9:45-10:15

Opening session to a day-long virtual event open to schools across the country to celebrate and explore the importance of language learning in the World of Work today. Founders4Schools is celebrating International Mother Language Day (Sunday 21st Feb) by running career inspiration and teacher insight webinars.

Being Citizens in a Global Village explores why learning a language is so important for students today where the world is a village and the job market is global.

The session will use MS Teams.
