Inspire our students

Speaker: Ian Funnell - Chief Executive Officer at Hitachi ABB Power Grids - a globally experienced energy and automation Chief Executive with extensive Non-Executive experience and a broad background across the UK and international power sectors, the global oil & gas and digital industries sectors and in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. Track record includes a strong focus on business performance, with experience in leading business improvements and in growing and developing businesses that deliver in challenging environments, a strong stakeholder engagement ethic and an extensive network in businesses at Board level, senior levels of government and academia across the UK and internationally.

Ian will inspire students by talking in-depth about the journey he took from school through his career. He will talk about :
