Interviews - A Masterclass

Nick Kuenssberg OBE will be joined by Sherry Coutu CBE, who is executive chair and founder of Founders4Schools as well as a successful serial entrepreneur and board member of organisations including Raspberry Pi and the London Stock Exchange.

Having got through to the final stage of the recruitment process, all that stands in the way of that job offer, is the interview.

Nick & Sherry will share their extensive knowledge to ensure students perform to the best of your ability on the day .

Students will learn how to prepare in advance so they enter the interview with confidence. They will be provided with example questions and answers ,covering the varying different interview types: competency based, strength based and behavioural . They will learn what steps to take after the interview to make sure the interviewer remembers them. At the end of the session they will understand what employers are looking for and learn how to tackle hard questions with confidence using the STAR technique.
