Event description

Join our interactive online event where inspirational leaders from the world of business share their unique career journey. By sharing insights, career guidance, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire we hope to support young people to make informed decisions about their future.

Similar to a TED Talk, speakers will share their career journey for 8 - 10 minutes, followed by a lively Q&A session where students can ask questions online.

Speakers Profile:
Goncalo de Vasconcelos - CEO of SyndicateRoom, Forbes Contributor & University of Cambridge Guest Lecturer. Gonçalo was considered one of the Top 10 most influential people in tech in the UK as well as one of the Top 40 most influential people in fintech in Europe. He's writing regularly about entrepreneurship, fintech, corporate finance and venture capital.

Sharon Allen - CEO Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Public Sector, Social Enterprise, Organizational Development, Social Housing, and Stakeholder Engagement. A strong business development professional with an MBA focused in Masters of Business Administration from Management Centre, University of Bradford.

The event will be Moderated by Sherry Coutu, CBE, executive chair and founder of Founder4Schools as well as a successful serial entrepreneur and board member of organisations including Raspberry Pi and the London Stock Exchange.
