About the teacher and students
The event was created by Iffah Al-Hadad for 50 students at Barnet Hill Academy aged Age 11 - 16.
Event description
As we are a Muslims girls school we want our students to be inspired to progress in good careers & be well established.
In this session, business leaders will share insights, lessons and tips to motivate and inspire your students to make informed decisions about their future.
Speakers will ‘tell a story’ about their career journey:
• Subjects they studied and how these are relevant now
• What inspired them to choose their career path
• Their failures, as well as successes
• What their company does and why this is important
• What they enjoy most about their career
• Skills currently relevant in the jobs they are doing now.
