Event description
The Heathland School Careers Fair
We are holding a Careers Fair at The Heathland School on the 26th of February, Wednesday.
Companies will set up stalls in a space set up by the school and may bring business cards, leaflets or some technology to showcase to students. Students will have the opportunity to informally approach lots of different employers, talk to them personally and ask questions.
Essentially, the day is a chance for students to feel inspired by talking to many different employers about what career occupations are out there and insight into different industry's. Research has shown that engaging with employers in this way can be extremely beneficial for students when it comes to decision making about their next career steps.
